Tell us what happened, which iPhone you use, and which camera mode you selected.

Camera or microphone access

Open Settings on your iPhone. Select Tensei Kamera. Turn on Camera and Microphone access.

Photo access

Open Settings on your iPhone. Select Tensei Kamera. Select Photos. Give the app access to the photos that you want to use.

A photo or video did not save

Check that the app can add items to Photos. Also check that the iPhone has free storage. Then take another photo or video.
